Rate Editor Overview – Finance Tab

The following is an overview of the Rate Editor -Finance Tab, highlighting what each option represents.

Finance Tab 


1. Avvio Rate Code - All rates set up on Avvio must have a valid Rate Code, you can only have one rate per rate code.

2. External Rate Code -  Any rate that is being managed by an external interface needs to have an external rate code set up on it.

3.Tax Policy -  This is where you select if you want to use a Tax Policy on this particular rate. By default, we set all taxes as being included in pricing.  However, if you have a requirement to set up a different Tax Policy please contact your Avvio Account Manager or support@avvio.com

4. Cancellation Policy - Here you can select which cancellation policy applies to this rate. To find out how to set up a cancellation policy click HERE

5. Infant Price - Control how infant pricing is managed for this rate.

6. Deposit Mode - This is where you determine the type or amount of money charged at the time of booking to the booker for this rate. To have other additional options added, please contact your Avvio Account Manager or support@avvio.com. More information on deposit modes HERE
